Check-ins are the entries that build your spectrum history. Each check-in records a position on the spectrum and can include an optional note.
Starting a check-in
- Tap the checklist button on the home screen to review due spectra.
- Tap a due check-ins card when it appears on the home screen.
- Open a spectrum and tap the plus button to add a single check-in manually.
Using the check-in prompt
The prompt walks through spectra one at a time. For each spectrum, move the slider based on how you feel right now, add an optional note, then tap Save Check-In. You can also skip a spectrum.
Prompt starting value
In Settings, you can choose whether prompts start from the neutral value or from the latest saved value for that spectrum.
When check-ins are due
A spectrum is due when its cadence interval has passed since the latest check-in. If a spectrum has no check-ins, it is treated as due.
Notes
Notes are optional. They are useful for capturing context, such as what changed, why the position feels different, or what you want to remember later.
Deleting a check-in
Open a spectrum, find the entry in History, then swipe to delete it.
