Insights summarise patterns across your visible spectra. Hidden spectra are not included in insights.
Overview metrics
- Spectra tracked: The number of visible spectra.
- Check-ins due now: The number of visible spectra currently due for review.
- Total check-ins: The total number of saved check-ins across visible spectra.
- Average check-ins per spectrum: The average amount of history per visible spectrum.
Highlights
Highlights call out patterns such as strongest lean, widest range, biggest swing, most variable spectrum, and most settled spectrum. These usually require multiple check-ins before they appear.
Latest movement
Latest Movement shows spectra whose most recent check-in moved compared with the previous one. Positive movement means the value moved toward the right label. Negative movement means it moved toward the left label.
Category insights
Category insights group your data by category and show activity, due counts, range, variability, and the strongest lean within each category.
Apple Intelligence insights
If Apple Intelligence insights are enabled in Settings and available on your device, Spectra can generate optional on-device narrative interpretations, category summaries, supporting signals, and reflection prompts.
Exporting insights
The Insights screen can prepare data for export so you can review or share your spectrum history outside the app.
Why insights may be empty
Insights need visible spectra and saved check-ins. Add spectra, make check-ins over time, and keep relevant spectra visible to surface more patterns.
